Subject: John Johnson’s Hobby Shop Liquidation Sale

Dear Fellow Model Airplane Enthusiast:

At Swamps in June '08 for VRCS

Let me introduce my self, I am the local SWAMPS club member who purchased the inventory of John Johnson’s hobby shop that was located south of Fuquay- Varina, NC. I have completed the inventory of all that came with the sale and while using the internet to market many items I would like to serve the local club members where I can.

As my main sales tool is the internet, I do not plan to open a formal hobby shop or conduct scheduled hours. I will however assist in finding items in inventory for you and have them available for your pick up on advanced notice. I do not plan to replenish the inventory as sold, so it is a first come first serve.

My pricing is initially 30% off where John has the parts marked. I know that you were aware that John tried to compete with the mail order shops like Tower Hobbies and in most cases my prices at this structure will be lower than that of e- retailers. As there are over 3000 line items in the final inventory I am unable to check that every price meets this goal of mine, so if I give you a price that does not meet this goal I will try and do better and always be below normal e-retailer pricing. As I am a registered business now, I will charge North Carolina state sales tax for in-state sales. Also, I do not include shipping in my cost, these prices are in effect only for items which you pick-up. I will ship at your request however, that must be at your expense.

Directions to Craig Journey's house

Find Angier, NC on your favorite map site.
Out of Angier take 210 South towards Lillington, NC
Stay on 210S about 3 to 4 miles looking for James Norris Road
      (James Norris is a loop road off 210S so there are two entrances the first is near
      the Interstate Battery Company)
Take the second James Norris entrance about 1 mile south of the battery place; it will be a right turn
Go about 300 feet and turn left on Wheeler Drive (also marked Wed Denning)
Go about .3 miles and look on the left for:
      1838 Wheeler Dr. it is a yellow house (Shown as B on the map)
