How to get to SWAMPS

Driving directions

The SWAMPS flying field is located near Duncan, NC, off of Hwy. 42. From Raleigh take Hwy 401 South to downtown Fuquay-Varina. Turn right on Hwy. 42 and drive 4.8 miles to the little town of Duncan.

Immediately past the middle of town take a right on Fletcher-Tutor Rd. (SR #1406) and drive 1.0 miles to the entrance gate. (The last half of this road is unpaved.)

If members are flying the gate will be open, and visitors are welcome to drive down to the field. Please park on the right, so flyers can park next to the flight line. There is a portable toilet at the field.
